These terms apply when you use www.bisma.pk or order from BISMA Beauty, a press-on nails brand based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, including orders placed with us on WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Each BISMA set includes 24 press-on nails in 12 sizes, adhesive tabs, a mini nail file, a cuticle stick and a prep pad. With proper application a set typically lasts 1-2 weeks and can be worn 2-3 times with care, but wear time depends on your nails, how they're applied and your daily activities.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.

When you place an order, you'll receive an order number. Orders are confirmed after we verify them, and we may call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm Cash on Delivery orders. Please make sure your name, phone number, address and city are correct.

All products are subject to availability. If an item in your order turns out to be unavailable, we'll contact you about it.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Other payment methods, such as bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash, may be offered at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders have a PKR 100 COD fee, shown at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

To change or cancel an order, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can help if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Coupon codes and loyalty points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash. Each coupon or reward follows the conditions stated with it, such as a minimum order amount, an expiry date or a usage limit.

You can shop without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you can save delivery addresses and see your orders.

Reviews you submit are checked before they're published, and your name is shown with your review.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
