Shipping Policy

BISMA Beauty is based at 412/D 7th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, and delivers to customers across Pakistan. Enter your full address and city at checkout and we'll send your order to your door.

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery orders have a PKR 100 COD fee, shown at checkout.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll look into it.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide, so you can pay in cash when your parcel arrives (PKR 100 COD fee). Depending on what's available at the time, you may also be able to pay by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash. The payment options for your order are always listed at checkout.

After you place an order you'll receive an order number, plus a confirmation email if you shared your email address. We verify orders before sending them out, and we may call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order, especially for Cash on Delivery.

Please double-check your name, phone number, address and city before you place your order.

Track your order any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the phone number you used at checkout. You can also ask us for an update on WhatsApp.

Need to change your order or cancel it? Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can help as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
