Who we are
BISMA Beauty is a press-on nails brand based at 412/D 7th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, selling online at www.bisma.pk. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BISMA Beauty. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +92-331-9882349 or by email at bismabeautyofficial@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you place an order
Your name, phone number, delivery address and city, and your email address if you provide it, together with the products you order, your payment method and any coupon or loyalty points you use. This applies to orders placed at checkout and through our WhatsApp order form.
When you contact us
- Contact form messages: your name, email address, phone number and message.
- WhatsApp callback requests: your name, phone number and question.
- Conversations with us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.
When you subscribe, sign in or write a review
- Newsletter: your email address and your email preferences.
- Account (optional): if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and we store any delivery addresses you save to your account.
- Reviews: your name, rating and review. Reviews are checked before they're published and show your name.
Automatically, when you browse
Our analytics and advertising tools collect information such as the pages you visit, the products you view or add to your bag, your device and browser type, your IP address and cookie identifiers. See Analytics and advertising below.
Payments
Our website does not collect or store card numbers. Cash on Delivery is paid in cash when your parcel arrives, and bank transfer or mobile-wallet payments are made through your own bank or wallet app.
How we use your information
- To process, confirm and deliver your orders, including calling you or messaging you on WhatsApp to confirm an order.
- To let you track your order using your order number and phone number.
- To reply to your messages and callback requests.
- To send emails about your orders, such as order confirmations and updates.
- To apply coupons and loyalty points to your orders.
- To send newsletters, offers, review requests and reminders about items left in your bag. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our website is used and to measure our advertising.
Emails
Our emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. If we have your email address and you leave items in your bag, we may save those items and send you reminder emails about them.
Our marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop emailing you by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing bismabeautyofficial@gmail.com.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website, for example which pages are visited and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads and to see which products people view, add to their bag and buy.
When you place an order, the purchase details (order number, products and order value) and your phone number, email address (if given) and city are shared with Meta, both through the Meta Pixel in your browser and through the Meta Conversions API from our server. Your IP address, browser type and Meta's cookie identifiers are sent too, so Meta can match the purchase to an ad. Contact details sent from our server are hashed (turned into a one-way code) before they are sent.
You can limit this tracking by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings, or by changing your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Information stored on your device
- Your bag and wishlist are saved in your browser's local storage, so they're still there when you come back.
- If you sign in, your email address may also be remembered in your browser.
- During checkout we keep a temporary reference in your browser so the same order isn't placed twice.
- Signing in uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set their own cookies, as described above.
You can remove this information at any time by clearing your browser's data for bisma.pk.
Who we share information with
We use these service providers to run our store, and they handle information on our behalf:
- Supabase, which hosts the database where we store orders, accounts and other website data.
- Vercel, which hosts our website.
- Resend, which sends our emails.
- Google, for Google Analytics, and for Google sign-in if you choose to use it.
- Meta, for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Delivery partners, who receive the name, phone number, address and city needed to deliver your parcel.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, for example to fix a delivery address or remove your details. Message us on WhatsApp at +92-331-9882349 or email bismabeautyofficial@gmail.com. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details such as your order number and the phone number you used.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any of those emails.
- Block or clear cookies, and clear your bag and wishlist, through your browser settings.
- Shop without an account: checkout works without signing in.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
